Our company was founded 10 years ago as a Medical Business Unit within ARRI (Arnold & Richter) Cine Technik – a century-long market leader in the field of cinematography, lighting, and media services.

Following the successful spin-off of ARRI Medical from the ARRI Cine Technik Group, we are now a 100% subsidiary of a privately held company that specializes in diagnostic imaging technologies.

This next step in our corporate evolution helps us to increase focus on medical imaging, a unique discipline that differs significantly from cinematography.

As part of this change, we wanted a new name that accurately reflects our identity.

We continue with “business as usual” under a new ownership that will allow us to strengthen our focus on medical-surgical imaging.

To celebrate our legacy, our current product will continue bearing the brand name ARRISCOPE.
